What an incredibly rude office. I just called to ask for a consultation. When through the name and insurance, then transfers me to another person with the name and insurance. On the phone for several minutes and asking cost, what insurance covers. Then out of nowhere. We aren’t taking any new patients and your insurance isn’t good here. Then they say, try the hospital. The lady at the front was very nice, but Dr Bray is very flat/dry and said some very offensive things to me during the appointment. He requested a few tests one of which was a skin test. Not one person told me that my insurance would not cover the test so upon leaving I was told I owed more than just my copay that I already paid when I walked in. Dr Bray is an excellent doctor who cares deeply about his patients. He has saved my life several times. I appreciate all of the extra steps he takes to ensure my health care is the best.
The lady who works there is rude does not return phone does not file insurance like she supposed to. Very incompetent. Dr Bray was good but his staff not good at all. Dealing with that lady I won’t mention her name but please do your job, learn how to do it. She also loses paperwork you send in. No way I’d give more than 1 star , that’s even to much.
