The lady at the front was very nice, but Dr Bray is very flat/dry and said some very offensive things to me during the appointment. He requested a few tests one of which was a skin test. Not one person told me that my insurance would not cover the test so upon leaving I was told I owed more than just my copay that I already paid when I walked in. Dr Bray is an excellent doctor who cares deeply about his patients. He has saved my life several times. I appreciate all of the extra steps he takes to ensure my health care is the best.
The lady who works there is rude does not return phone does not file insurance like she supposed to. Very incompetent. Dr Bray was good but his staff not good at all. Dealing with that lady I won’t mention her name but please do your job, learn how to do it. She also loses paperwork you send in. No way I’d give more than 1 star , that’s even to much.
IDK where to begin. I'm sure there will be some excuse that will be given for the manner in which the staff at this clinic acts, the incompetence is utterly astounding. We have been dealing with this clinic for over a year now. They failed to give us the correct CPAP machine, and they failed to issue the referral to the hematologist not once, not twice, not even three times, but four. Two months of back and fourths.
