My stepfather saw this doctor because he’s lost most of his ability to hear because of an issue with his ears. He was referred to Dr. Balazs and upon examining his ears, the doctor said his ears were in bad shape. He looked at his chart and said “Looks like you haven’t paid your bill, so come back when you’ve paid it and we’ll take care of you then.” And walked out. Over a $150 bill owed by a disabled man on social security. We’re filing a complaint with the hospital because this is unacceptable behavior from a physician!
I cannot even give this Drs Office any Star period.The Beavercreek office was unclean. I have pictures to prove it. The Doctor(Balazs) was 49 minutes late. No apology was rushed through telling him why I was there to see him. Was in office with him less than 6 minutes. I go to get test today. No appt Doctor who does it not there. Dr. Balazs was there no apology from him. I call the office they lie to me saying they have wrong number for me to reschedule it. They called me to confirm appt!
