I don?t take for granted good service these days, especially when it comes to medical care. I like him a lot because he sees his patients and doesn’t use Nurse Practitioners. Very thorough, polite and staff is very friendly
After multiple visits/treatments by another dermatologist in the area, my issue, Actinic keratosis, was not resolved. Dr Long listened patiently, quickly diagnosed my condition, and immediately resolved my issue. I am very thankful to have had Dr. Long’s outstanding care!! .
I was born and raised in Florida and have lots of family history of skin cancer. I was so nervous about seeing a dermatologists. From scheduling my appointment on the phone, being greeted and seeing Dr. long I would rate this office 5 stars! Amazing customer service and still a small family practice and know patients by name!
I will not return to Dr. Long. I went for initial full body screening as recommended by my primary doctor as I grew up in the Florida sun. I was first appt. after lunch. He was 45 minutes late. Did not ask me to remove underwear. Only checked parts of body that I can already see plus quick look through hair at scalp. I asked about cyst above eye. Curtly replied that he could remove it if I didn't want to open or close my eyelid. Was in the room only five minutes. Spoke only 3-4 sentences.
Dr. Long is a no-nonsense dermatologist, conducting a thorough search for skin abnormalities and immediate treatment for any suspicious areas. I have trusted Dr. Long for nearly 20 years and would not go to anyone else.
