Dr Kim was my gyno for many years. Pleasant bedside manner, but ignored my complaints about painful periods. He told me I just needed to be on birth control to combat this. The excruciating pain went on for years even with birth control. He eventually told me that all women experience pain on their periods (in other words, cope, I guess?). I was referred to dr Kim by another advent gyn after a laparoscopic surgery showed my cyst was attached to my intestines and would require a more complicated procedure. Bedside manner was fantastic and I felt amazing the morning after surgery with dr Kim. Fast forward 6 years and I had to get a back mri, they found another cyst, and I knew I wanted to go back to dr Kim. Office staff are amazing too and you can tell he facilitates a positive work environment for them.
