Dr. Issac is an excellent doctor. He has saved my life many times, but his staff never, I mean never, never return phone calls. I have been having this issue with them since the pandemic. I have to drive up to the office to talk to a staff and that's not good. This was my last straw, I started calling their office November 8th and have left many messages since then, and no one, I mean no one still has returned any of my calls, and today is January 12th, this is not acceptable!!! Dr Isaac is wonderful but his office staff is terrible. Dr Isaac tells you what he needs you to do and his staff will get the approval and contact you they never do. I called every other day with no response.
