Dr Hart was awesome! Examined my eyes in the morning. Diagnosed me correctly - old school slit lamp inspection. Then immediately called an eye surgeon center to schedule surgery that afternoon with a Dr Gelman. That's immediate response to my healthcare needs. The surgeon office had high-tech cameras that verified Dr Hart's diagnosis. Dr Hart was referred by another with vision challenges. His "bedside manner" maybe quiet / terse / etc, but his skill is high.
Just got off the phone with a rude and nonsensical member of his staff. Aside from that, the doc barely even looks at you, is not remotely interested in you or your well-being, but sure loves all the money he makes! Find someone who actually cares.
