I have never had to post a review about a Physician. The professionalism with Dr. Franco has pushed me here. Now granted I do not have a life threatening issue, but I do have an illness that I need immediate follow-up care. I have had to reschedule in the month of March alone 3 times due to the doctor being either 2 hours behind (in which hinders my work schedule).
