Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes Does this provider answer the phone in a reasonable time when you call? Definitely Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Absolutely

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was the dental equipment clean? Yes

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes
