***HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF AND PHYSICIAN*** I saw Dr. Coppola for the very FIRST and LAST time yesterday. His office staff is rude and his bedside manner SUCKS! Do I have any questions regarding my visit? Hmmm let me think about that doctor...oh yeah I probably don't feel comfortable asking any questions with TWO other people in the room. Have been a patient for many years--the usual stuff, skin screenings, rashes, and so forth. Very competent doctor and staff. Only beef (as with most docs) is that instructions should be in writing (or emailed after office visit). It's easy to forget what one is told.
No mention at all of office visit fee, neither from paperwork or staff. I came from another doctors office where he didn't have an office visit fee for the procedure I had done and didn't expect one here. Staff assumed that all patients were aware of this charge. Managers would not cooperate at all or willing to work with me to lower this fee. Not going back to this doctors office again.
