I saw Dr Coppola for a yearly visit 2 years ago. He was very pleasant and was happy. He told me to watch a blotch on the back of my upper arm. My husband and I checked it quite often and it looked like it did not change. At almost a year I asked my friend who is a practitioners nurse what she thought of it and she told me it looks like melanoma. I've seen the doc 4 or 5 times in the past couple years all for different issues. The only fault I can possibly find would be in the telephone service making appointments (usually after hours). The staff working in the office (Dunlawton Ave) have been wonderful to deal with every visit I've had. The doc is caring and easy to talk to, if you don't mind speaking in front of other staff. A med student or PA was always in the room too so I understand why some commenters express concern about this. I'm sure the doc would ask them... read more

Having been born and raised in Daytona Beach, FL, I've had more than my share of sun exposure and, now, sun damage. Over the years I have seen a number of dermatologists for both routine exams and skin surgeries. About two years ago I started seeing Dr. Coppola and couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Coppola is the greatest. Explained every he was going to do and took his time with me. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personable and knowledgeable dermatologist.
I went to see Dr. Coppola for my *lovely* persistent breakouts that I had been dealing with since I started college. I was at my wit's end when I finally sought treatment and was put at ease by Dr. Coppola's confidence in putting an end to my problem. He prescribed me some pretty awesome gel that worked wonders and my skin has been gradually getting clearer since. He even gave me a coupon that made the Rx affordable. I'm so grateful for Dr. C-- he saved my skin!
I had my first visit with Dr. Coppola yesterday. He was great. He was down to earth and very knowledgeable. My husband and I were both being seen and he found some questionable things on my husband which he took care of immediately. I can't imagine the previous review was for the same doctor. I've been to 2 other dermatologists in the past year and Dr. Coppola is by far the best of them.
***HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF AND PHYSICIAN*** I saw Dr. Coppola for the very FIRST and LAST time yesterday. His office staff is rude and his bedside manner SUCKS!
