I found Dr Brennan to be very pleasant and listened to me
Great customer service great staff and a very good doctor love going there
Caring, knowledgeable and charismatic. Very dependable, will return all of my calls and sneak in phone call appts if needed even when he’s busy to make sure he answers my questions. He’s gone above and beyond for my care. Very lucky to have him as my doctor!
Front desk office staff is uncaring. They do not follow through with testing appointments or results. There are many of them but none willing to help or even smile. Dr Brennan sets the tone for the office.
My wife arrived 2:15 pm for 2:30 appt. Was told appt was for 2:00 pm and Dr. refused to see her even with ct scan and blood work completed. She has severe breathing difficulties but this "caring" Dr. told her to make a new appt. The office messed up the schedule so future apps (all at 2:30) are now being changed to a more reliable Dr.
