Best urologist hands down!
Very poor patient care from WNY Urology. While Dr. Bodkin is nice enough, the support staff and ongoing care are very poor. When dealing with recurring UTI's, I'd expect follow up to phone calls and patient portal requests to be handled sooner than a couple of days. When calling only to be told that they are waiting on a reply from the nurse. If you expect timely care, WNY Urology is not the place to go.
