Very professional
Both Dr Bandouvakis and his receptionist were very prompt and professional. The poor reviews were from his last receptionist. I’ve seen Dr Bandouvakis 3 times over the last 25 years. I find him to be a very nice man, punctual and I would definitely recommend him.
I want to describe something to the receptionist and wish she can pass it to the immunologist, in the beginning we communicated well and understood each other well, after I described to her , she said she couldn’t hear clearly and asked me to emailed to her. I said If you didn’t understand me clearly, I can repeat it again, slowly. She then kept saying she couldn’t hear me clearly. Then she hanged up rudely. Excellent treatment for allergies. Had my first round 12 years ago and was sinus free. Have started a new course of treatment and it is already working, ready for another 12 years of no headaches or sneezing.
