I have now been waiting for 1.5 hours and the staff is rude. Sooo irritated. Wish I could leave zero stars
If I could give no stars I would. This place is a shame. Poor customer service, and the attitude you receive makes you feel unwelcomed, not even a hello when you walk in the door. If you have a work related injury and they refer you here, I suggest get a lawyer to help you find a better doctor that will work on helping you not your employer
Here is my HORRIBLE experience at this office and why I left the operating table before my hand surgery. I broke a finger and my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Gonzalez. I went and got my x-rays for my appointment that was in two days to see Dr. Gonzalez. I arrived at my appoint about 20 minutes early to fill out my paper work and my 20 minutes was taken up by me having to wait in a long line to be called, "next" by one of the two front desk woman, once I got called next these ladies are RUDE, do not give ANY frie... read more
