I have been seeing Dr. Forward since I was 18. I am 46. He is amazing. I just recently found a new primary because the front office SUCKS!. For the past 2+ years anytime I try to make an appointment, the service is on. At 11am, service on, 3:00pm, service on. I tried to get a refill for a prescription...i tried for a week and ended up having to go in person to get it called in. He is a doctor willing to spend time with patient and understand his/her need. And he respects patient’s choice of not having VAXX and certain medication.
Dr Forward is a wonderful doctor. I GIVE HIM 10 STARS ! I returned to his practice after insurance once again allowed me to. He is so thorough and so very kind. I feel very fortunate to be able to see such a knowledgeable doctor with experience in regular and holistic medicine. He doesn't just write quick fix prescriptions or send you somewhere else. He works with you to get to the root of your problems. I highly recommend Dr Forward. He has been a Godsend for me.
Dr. Forward is a great doctor. He’s very kind, gentle, knowledgeable, caring, and truly listens to his patients. The bad news, however, is the patient customer service you receive is absolutely terrible from the front desk to the medical assistants. Extremely unprofessional and rude to say the least. You also do not get any callbacks on anything. They can’t even send orders to the hospitals when asked several times. My worst complaint would be the attitude from the staff on the regular.
