Dr Forward is a wonderful doctor. I GIVE HIM 10 STARS ! I returned to his practice after insurance once again allowed me to. He is so thorough and so very kind. I feel very fortunate to be able to see such a knowledgeable doctor with experience in regular and holistic medicine. He doesn't just write quick fix prescriptions or send you somewhere else. He works with you to get to the root of your problems. I highly recommend Dr Forward. He has been a Godsend for me.
Dr. Forward is a great doctor. He’s very kind, gentle, knowledgeable, caring, and truly listens to his patients. The bad news, however, is the patient customer service you receive is absolutely terrible from the front desk to the medical assistants. Extremely unprofessional and rude to say the least. You also do not get any callbacks on anything. They can’t even send orders to the hospitals when asked several times. My worst complaint would be the attitude from the staff on the regular. The doctors in this practice are good. The office staff does not communicate information to the doctors and in turn the doctors do not follow through with the requests for prescription refills and help in a timely fashion. When you then get angry about the delays you are told to "relax" and "not speak to them that way," in other words the way they deserve to be spoken to but feel they are right in not filling requests for help. Extremely disappointed in all of this.

However, there is not. There are office staff there that do not do their jobs and are rude and spiteful. I am told constantly that any issues with referrals are not their fault when documents and information show that it is. The Dr. and PA are awesome. The staff however, are rude, and treat you like you do not matter. They rush to get you off phone after you have been on hold forever. If he was not such a good Dr. we would be looking elsewhere!
