A fantastic surgeon! Kind, patient, and knowledgeable. What was a very easy port exchange surgery got slightly more complicated as 3/4 attempted access sites were not usable. He returned to PACU immediately upon remembering that I requested my port accessed post surgery due to swelling to access it himself, personally, vs just having another staff member do so. Explained the issues with the procedure and precautions to take afterwards. And, did such an amazing job on the new port site that you can barely even tell it’s there... read more

Dr. Carlisle is an amazing doctor/surgeon! Both myself and my husband were very impressed (which isn't easy with my husband) with his confidence, explaining the procedure and ability to calm my nerves, which isn't easy either. During in-take the day of my surgery, the hospital staff talked about how wonderful Dr. Carlisle is and how they enjoyed working with him, which helped me relax even more. I am thrilled my referral ended up in Dr. Carlisle's hands. He and his team were amazing!

I nearly died because of this idiot. Never listened, had to be right. And when I finally got transferred to another hospital to receive my life saving surgery, in my discharge notes he wrote that he didn’t see a need for surgery, followed by patient received surgery at northwest. If you go to this moron, you have to be fully prepared to aggressively advocate for yourself or he might just let you die.
