A ridiculous lack of responsibility, or care for patience. I had another appointment at the James at 12:30. So they scheduled me to see this doctor at 10:30. They asked me to come early at 10:00 for an xray. I was there at 9:45. A long drive for me. Had my xray. Went to the 4th floor for my appointment at 10:30. They took me back to the little room. Good Bedside manner. Informative. Empathetic. Explains things well. Good results with hip replacement. All in all a good experience.
My first meeting with Dr John Alexander was very informative. I found the doctor to be very precise in his answer to my questions. He went over everything with me precisely. I feel very comfortable comfortable with having him as my doctor. I give him a five star rating and highly recommend him to anybody that is in need of his services.
