I was able to get my adult son with down syndrome in immediately and Dr. Adiet was very thorough and knowledgeable and his staff was very patient with some of the difficulties my son has with doctor visits.
The Doctor is absent minded and so is the staff. I have called numerous times have talked to staff and left messages with the staff and still have not had my problems addressed. And with my insurance I'm am between a rock and hard spot as to finding a new physician.
If I could rate with zero stars I would. From long hold times to speak to someone in scheduling 25 min or more. To the dr not listening or ever really following thru on calling in prescriptions. To what appears to be insurance fraud. Being billed for things as though the insurance hasn’t paid when in fact they have!!!! Late for appointments almost every time by more than an hour. Just no. Run. Not worth it.
Dr. Is great and very patient but their billing is a problem. I went to my annual checkup they charged me the co-pay which is covered 100% under my insurance for annual checkup. They dont report the co-pay to the insurance so they keep it. I called my insurance and they said they dont allocate the co-pay when they billed for my visit. I called their office and never got a refund back. Defenetily not going back.
Sick and tired of making appointments and paying copay. and not getting prescriptions to pharmacy and referrals etc... very nice while you are there but completely useless as a family doctor office. My wife had a stoke while out of meds and the reason was he wanted a visit before he would call in her routine prescription. thinking about perusing something. communication sucks
