Dr Russo is an excellent diagnostician, and has wonderful bedside manners. He is very caring and really takes the time to listen to what I say. He has been my internist for many years and I find that many of the specialists I see use him as their primary care doctor. What better recommendation is there.

Dr Russo defines “a doctor’s doctor.” He has been my PCP for many years, and I recently brought my mom to see him, and we both loved the thorough evaluation, and unhurried attention, and world class management. This establishment is horrible. I am not sure who works at the front desk but the woman hung up in my face several times after calling and attempting to make an appointment. I called 3 different times and the moment I said hello the clerk hung up on me. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I hope the doctor is aware of how their front desk staff is treating patients over the phone. For reference, I called on 3/30/23 at approximately 1pm.
