My husband and I both see this Dr. He is kind, compassionate and knows what he is doing. We both have complete faith in this Dr.
He couldn’t Care less about about his patience I have been trying for a week to get somebody to call me back because I need an appointment I was referred to him but nobody wants to call me back I have always been treated with respect from all baycare doctors and stuff but this doctor need to be reported for his lack of respect and caring about his patience Baycare you Can do better

horrible experience with staff and office help the Dr keeps looking at his watch during the entire visit as if i was bothering him then he said i needed oxygen but said it as he was running by the room didn't even enter the room or explain to me why i needed it then the office staff couldn't do the paper work right for the oxygen company took 3 weeks before i received my oxygen supplies
To sum it up, you are simply in the best place for care if you find your self at Bay Area Chest. I have a very complex medical history and was not getting the care I needed with another group, in 2014 I found myself in the care of Dr. Masson after a serious medical event that resulted in quite a long hospital stay. Dr. Masson cares for his patients in a way that makes you feel like you are one of his family members. The doctor is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Alone, he should be rated with 5 stars. Unfortunately He suffers with a staff who misplace prescriptions, misinterpret instructions, fail to return phone calls, and make dealing with the doctor extremely painful. It is indeed a shame.
