My 14-year old trans daughter has been seeing Dr. Haughland for over a year. He has treated both of us with the utmost respect. I am most grateful for the time he spends with us each visit, being certain to answer all of our questions. He has demonstrated genuine care, several times investigating other health issues that have arisen. He is a powerhouse of knowledge inside this easy-going person. Wonderful doctor and surgeon. He removed a tumor from my son’s mouth. It was very involved and he did a wonderful job. Very friendly, took time to explain everything. We never felt rushed or anything with doctor Patel. You can tell from the first appointment all the way to after surgery he really cares about his patients. Thank you Doctor Patel, you are the best!!
very little patient communication by doctor. did not explain the followup procedure and subsequent pain and discomfort after oral biopsy.
Great caregiver. He goes the extra mile and takes the time necessary to thoughtfully answer questions and concerns.
Very disappointed in many aspects of my care. Dr. Kademani was not upfront nor transparent. Two requests that I made were disregarded. Communication was lacking. The day of my surgery they prepped me for a skin graft...never discussed it in office visit. I have never been so disappointed in a physician or care.
Dr. Haugland is an excellent, friendly doctor who has made my transition from FTM less stressful. Very glad I found him.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would, but I can't. He is absoulutely the worst physciain I have ever encountered in our cancer journey. He is never in the office when you need him and he is never on time. He should really consider retirement and find something productive to do with his life. Avoid him at all costs. He is the worst. The ones doing the real work are wonderful though. Nancy at the front desk, nurse Yvonne and all the other nurses and staff are fantastic. Get another M.D.
Dr. Kademani is an excellent surgeon. He is patient, kind and takes as much time as you need to explain things in a manner that can be understood by a patient.
