Staff was very welcoming. My son does not like brushing his teeth & the staff was really good at distracting him & allowing him to do it on his own terms. They were all so friendly and comforting. Had a great first pediatric dentist experience.
I can’t say how much I appreciate the Roots team. The care they showed to my non-verbal son went beyond just standard. There was no rushed feeling. They listened to me as a mom, and they determined, with me and my husband, the best plan for our son’s dental health that would put everyone at ease.
Everyone was so kind and patient with my 2 year old daughter. It was her first time at the dentist, and they were super welcoming and encouraging; she ended up loving it!!

My daughter LOVED her first visit to Roots! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. They made my 2 year old feel safe and gave her so much praise the whole time we were there.
