We just received our out of network bill from my wife 's one visit for pregestial diabetes for $500. Blue Cross Blue Shield is out of network apparently.
The care I received from Dr. Garbaciak was outstanding. His entire staff are very kind and helpful. I’m very thankful for the terrific help throughout my pregnancy journey.
