First off, the guy that runs the place is really nice. He looks like he can bench press about 1,000 lbs and has a bunch of lego sets at the front desk; I thought that was cool. I am having really bad back problems and called hoping to get in sometime soon, I got in that day, which is crazy to begin with. Then, after my visit the Dr. calls me to follow up. I have been with this doctor for 30 years - my entire lifespan. After 30 years of my entire family seeing our family doctor, I forgot to make (and so missed) one payment of about $60. After a few months went by, instead of a reminder over text, call, or email, I received a notification from the front desk clerk (the doctor's son) threatening to send debt collectors after me if I didn't pay by the end of the month. I have been seeing Dr Demask as my primary care physician for a little over 5 years now since I moved to Minooka. He is a one of a kind doctor. I love that he is laid back and honest with his patients he does not complicate things and explains things in a way that a patient can easily understand and he truly listens to his patients.
