Lost my pet within one week after bringing him in.
Great vet care!! They give extremely detailed after visit summaries with detailed medical info and they listen thoroughly to questions during visits. However, for a dental procedure my cat had in July 2024, they shaved part of his leg for an IV and no one told me beforehand that this would happen so it was a shock to me when I took off his bandage. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE FOR ANY KIND OF SERIOUS INJURY we brought our pet gecko in on friday to have an abssess removed. This injury should not have killed him let me just say that.We came into the clinic as an emergency waited to be seen and got taken back they asked a couple of questions then proceeded to ask if they can take him to the back which was fine.
