The office has no television... I made an appointment for 8:30 and ended up not being seen till 1:30 after they decided to go to lunch . and my first appointment was exactly the same.. poor set up. Front desk staff lied saying 20 mins at around 11:30 when asked how much longer. Do not go here.....
Like a professional Dr. Beneque is very qualified but absolutely he is extremely rude. When I was ready to ask some questions about my condition he told me: Go fast because I have other patients. He is not emphatic at all. I suppose if I am her mother he will take the time to listening to me. My friend and I we were in shock and I left the office so upset. Cancelled my May appointment. No openings until September!! With ANY doctor.
This doctor doesn't even deserve 1 star. He treated my mother, who is 80 years old with glacoma, so rudely. He told her to stop talking when she merely asked a question. And when she adjusted herself in her seat because her back was hurting, he pushed her forward (not gently). Absolutely no compassion for the elderly, and completely arrogant.
