He did not permit to talk. He told me: well ask your question fast because I have other patients.
Very disappointed. He treat me like a machine not like a human being to tell me that g” go fast in your questions because I have other patients is absolutely unprofessional I suppose if I am his mother with advanced glaucoma his treatment it will be different. I supposes. .
They have no respect for patient time. Appointment at 7am, they didn't unlock doors until 7:12. Then we waited 2.5 hours to get seen. They schedule too many patients at same time, you will wait a long time. Horrible. I'm 85 and I'm wasting my time just sitting waiting on them. They take people out of order. The doctor did a fine job on my eyes but not worth the hassle.
My vision has been restored to 20-20 in both eyes after cataract surgery with Dr. Beneke. He was very sensitive to my needs and explained things thoroughly. He is a thoughtful person who takes each of his patients seriously and wishes the best for them.
I had cataract surgery on both eyes at different times performed by Dr. Beneki. He is an exceptional doctor with hands of an angel. He was kind , attentive and reassuring before and after surgery. I would most highly recommend him to friends and family if someone is needing cataract surgery. However, let m e also compliment staff for a most pleasant experience again before and after surgery.
My mother went to see Dr. Beneke for a cataract consultation. She was left sitting in the consultation room for about an hour after the exam for no good reason. When they were getting ready to close my dad had to ask what was going on, for them to realize that she was just sitting there unattended. She had been told she would need surgery, but there was never any follow up, so I called the office today and he never submitted the surgery referral to the insurance! Never got to see him because on separate occasions two different receptionist hung on on me because I didn’t know the name of my insurance. Classy
Dr. Beneke did cataract surgery on me, and the procedure was painless during and after. The next day, I was able to drive myself to my post-operative appointment without having to wear glasses, and I was able to get back to work the same day. I thought Dr. Beneke and his staff were amiable and professional, and I have already recommended him to my coworkers and friends.
I have been going to Dr. John Beneke for years. I have been very impressed with his ease of discussing technical/medical processes and procedures based on test and procedure results. He is extremely responsive to my questions. He is soft spoken and deeply concentrates with results that he is analyzing. Based on my experience with him, I would go to no other. Sometimes I question the effort of the support staff (technicians), but not Dr. Beneke.
