They are good at what they do, however when the doctor said "we treat everyone like family here" I can now say that it is a bit iffy. Their accounts department does not communicate well if at all. Just be very careful if you don't have one of the highest medical aid tiers. Even if the doctor says everything will be covered, make 100% sure. They don't communicate when you want to make payment arrangements even when you send numerous emails and ask to speak to someone that can help.
