Let me start off by saying normally I have a good experience with Doctor Biola. She is usually patient and you don’t feel rushed with her. I had a recent appointment however that didn’t sit right with me. I have been dealing with a health issue for more than 7 years. When Doctor Biola asked me how that was going she used air quotes. I don’t know if she knows that the most common use for air quotes is sarcasm but it certainly made me feel unheard.
