Dr Gates has been for years my Primary Doctor with a DO certification. No nonsense, worked with me on two issues that suspended my First Class Physical for Commercial Airline Pilot. Each condition took a year to take care of. His patience working with FAA Medical. Allowed me to fly 42 years in the job I loved. I prefer a DO for their common sense. His recommendations for other medical services on the Western Slope has been excellent. Most recent an eye doctor in Montrose. Thank you and your staff.
Dr. Gates was our physician for the 8 years we lived in Ridgway. He and his staff were fantastic. He was consistently caring, empathetic and very professional. He was knowledgeable, and yet personable. We miss him and his staff!
I have utilized Dr. Gates as my physician when I am in Colorado for a number of years. He listens, takes his time, and has proven to be very competent. He is obviously well read and stays current with the latest research and medical practices. The office staff and nurses are professional and caring. In short, I have been very pleased with the care I have received at Mountain Medical.
