Dr. Rivera is my Gyn. I had an appointment for an annual exam. In the early morning hours prior to my scheduled visit, I developed a fever and was diagnosed with the flu. 9 hours before my scheduled appointment, I left the office a message informing them of my illness. Mind you, I would have exposed staff and pregnant women had I gone to the appointment. They have been dunning me for a $35.00 cancelation fee. It's no like I waited 40 minutes prior to cancel.
