Completely unimpressed with this office. There is no follow up and total confusion. I sent blood pressure readings multiple times to try to get a response and they would be lost or overlooked! At one point, Dr. Phares decided that a BP med should be discontinued even though it was not being taken. I am writing on behalf of my mother that is an elderly patient. I am her advocate, and for me, this experience was terrible and incredibly time-consuming. I feel so bad for elderly people that do not have advocates and need help. D... read more
