Cannot actually comment on the Doctor, because he showed little concern for my punctuality and time. Waited in a hot examination room for 55 minutes... 40 more than I should have and left. I paid the co fee and waited 1.5 months for the physical but valuing time is priceless. Next time, I'll pay more attention to bedside manners. Good Doctor, I know you have other patients but perhaps you need to spread your patients out and value the fact - they make it on time for their scheduled appointments. I have been a patient in Dr. Biggers office for 5 years and have always been treated with respect and both Dr. Biggers and his wonderful NP Brandi have spent time with me to answer all my questions and always explain things so I can understand my disease processes and treatments. I love that they have their lab right there in their office. The practice has evolved into a lot bigger than it used to be but I still don’t feel rushed when I am there.
