Dr. Kraft saw me the same day when I had a health concern, which meant so much. He was incredibly kind, never rushed, and very intelligent and thorough with my exam. His staff is also unbelievably nice and instantly puts you at ease. They’re always quick to respond, too :)

I have a chronic condition impacting my heart. I stay motivated in my healthy ways through quarterly blood screening, a practice my previous doctor advocated. I had to fight through the phone to get a lipid panel for my second quarter visit as he said the cost wouldn't be covered. For my third quarter visit, despite agreeing to this testing during my second quarter visit, it wasn't included in the order and after 2 weeks of back and forth, he refused to order the testing saying it wasn't medically necessary.
