I was on my way to being a diabetic when I first met Dr. Sawady. He prescribed cardio and when he saw that i was not making the effort required to change my life he let me no in no uncertain terms that he expected better. I've greatly enjoyed having Dr. Sawady as my PCP, and have a lot of respect for him in his ability to do his job with empathy and a calm, quiet wisdom. I really feel like he takes the time to listen and understand my situation, thoroughly discussing even my most trivial-seeming concerns. I'm a 30-year old male, so I'm sure he has plenty more interesting/important cases--but it never feels that way.
Dr. Joel Sawady is very kind and patient with our little daughter. As a new mum, I have an endless list of questions to our pediatrician and he had been answering our questions with immense patience. More importantly, he would give us very practical and useful advice.
