Only giving 1 star, because you can’t give 0, these people are frauds!!! Beware and save yourself the time, headache and $, please please please go elsewhere! I went in for my first appointment (exam & cleaning) they didn’t do their due diligence to ensure they were able to open/ see my X-rays beforehand, turns out I ended up having to go back special for an X-ray, and they ended up charging my insurance for an emergency exam as well. Stay away! unless you enjoy getting a treatment plan for dental work with detailed costs, having the treatment done, and then finding that the office has added several hundred dollars to your bill without telling you. I was given a written treatment plan for a procedure with a "Fee" of $525, "Est Ins" coverage of $262, and my out of pocket ("Pat") was around $260. Dr Carrangelo is the best dentist I have ever had. He is so knowledgeable, and can do many appliances in his office, reducing wait time and cost. He will call back quickly for an emergency, and take care of it, even when closed d/t Covid. He is caring, personable, and gentle, as is his staff. Highly recommend!
