I was beind one payment and threatened with being sued. I called back and told them I don't like being threatened. They only laughed at me. I should have never had my procedure there. I guess if you sit behind a desk, you don't give a damn about anything but money.
Of all the Dentist I have been to Doctor Richter has been the best. I had a tooth extraction. The tooth was out before I knew it, and the way his dental assistant and him made me feel at ease was amazing. They even call you the next day to check in on you.
Amazing dentist and the best staff. I would recommend this dentist to everyone. Not only was it the best dental experience I have had in over 20 yrs, but the pricing was very manageable. Everyone I met not only gave the highest quality of care, but are truly good people who make you feel like visiting a friend. I am very thankful to find them!
I called Ladd Dental first but they said they don’t take Medicare. Then I called Dr. Richter & they said yes to Medicare! He cleaned my teeth himself since my scheduled tech was out sick & he did a great job. The main reason I needed a dentist was because of a painful tooth that had been bothering me while chewing for some five years.
