Dr mowad performed a surgery on me, during which he "accidentally" forgot to turn off an instrument he had left on my chest for an extended period of time and resulted in a deep burn/hole into my chin. Day 1 of my recovery my sutures fell apart completely. I called his office and to inform him and see what could be done the response was to try to go to the ER because he was on vacation and he had left no one who could tend to me.
