Sorry to say not a good practice . Horrible front office
The front desk was rude for no reasons they was in their phone and after I knock the window they were so rude for no reasons. 🙄
The office staff does not want to address any patient concerns at all. I had blood work that had some concerning results and when I asked if the doctor could call me back, the office staff raised her voice and told me she just put it in a book and had no idea when the doctor would call me. It takes two minutes just to ask a doctor if he could give a time when he will call instead of leaving a sick worried patient in the dark.
