What a great team they have at this office! They make you feel very welcome from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Joe, Dr. Alana and all the staff are top notch in their skill, professionalism and comforting manner. I refer them to everyone I know!
I had a great experience at Dr Joes! My appointment was very thorough, and I really appreciated how professional, friendly, and attentive everyone was. They also did an amazing job making my 4-year-old feel comfortable and at ease during their appointment. It made such a positive difference! Highly recommend this office for both adults and kids.
An incredible practice with keen attention to detail. Very friendly staff who are local to Grimsby. They are thorough and attentive, answer all of my questions and ensure treatments are comfortable. I don’t like writing reviews like this but the administrative staff is among the absolute worst. I booked an appointment to have a lower retainer, put in and communicated very clearly that I did not need any x-rays or removal of previous dental work. The woman quoted me between $300-$500 And said she would speak with the staff And contact me the next day with a quote and confirmation of Appt. She did contact me with a bunch of forms to fill out, but with no quote and no confirmation of appointment time or location. So I cont... read more
I’ve been going to Dr Joe and associates well over 20 years. I couldn’t have asked for better dental practice taking care of me. Dr Joe and his wife Carrie, and now his daughter Dr Alana They are truly the heart of Dr Joe and associates anyone in their office that Has taken care of me have done excellent job
