I have been going to this clinic for 5+ years with chronic back pain and both doctors are amazing, front desk staff are amazing. They always make me feel welcomed. I would highly recommend them!
Receptionist lady who answered the phone is not friendly. Called to book an initial appt after seeing there was a spot available at 4 15 through their online booking platform and the lady said no it needs to be earlier...when I asked further, since I work in the day, she flat out said they don't accept new patients at that time....i dont understand why they would have it available online then. Further explanation and friendly attitude would have been nice.
Went for my first visit today for a minor back pain issue. I saw Jody and he was extremely professional and helpful. I would highly recommend!
Dr. Robin Freeman is great at what she does. The front office staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are very clean and covid policy is strictly adhered monitored.
