dr jodi is the best! she’s so sweet and she really cares about her patients! she’s very thorough and her adjustments are very gentle but effective. so happy I found her
I went to see Dr. Sheppard in poor physical condition - I had a pinched nerves in my leg and neck from prolonged sitting at a desk. Dr. Sheppard helped me in several ways. In addition to initial regular adjustments, her encouragement and insights helped me develop better habits. With massage therapy and regular stretching, the pain and numbness I was experiencing is gone. Dr. Sheppard knows how to find just the spot to release tension and is very helpful. I came here from a suggestion from my mom to find a chiropractor that specializes in using the activator tool rather than the manual manipulation. I had some severe back pain that was keeping me up at night and coming here regularly really helped to alleviate my pain. Dr. Jodi’s awesome! Before I started seeing her, I never really gave chiro a thought, I didn’t believe it was for me but after coming back from jobs that did a number on my lower back, and giving these appointments a shot, I feel better then ever. I definitely would recommend Dr. Jodi to anyone and everyone looking into chrio. A real game changer.
Dr Jodi is fantastic! Helped me greatly reduce pain in my lower and mid back. She took time to work with me to identify trouble spots, explain why the pain occurs, and came up with a treatment plan to get me back on track with my training. Very caring and fun attitude.
