I wish it was possible to leave zero stars. Dr. Bennett treated me and my sisters when we were in our early 20s. When one of my sisters had some symptoms that were sexually transmitted, she overheard Dr. Bennett saying that “maybe if she kept her legs closed this wouldn’t have happened”. This is something that has stuck with us for years. When I told my friend about this incident she said she also had problems with this doctor not taking her symptoms seriously so she had to switch doctors.
I can't even begin to express the level of respect and gratitude the I have for Dr. Benett Not just as a doctor but as a person. I have told many people through the years that Dr. Benett is my hero. I was experiencing fever for about three weeks or longer and was being treated for a UTI by my primary physician at the time. I was getting worse and went to the ER at Our Lady of Lourdes hospital in Camden. They changed my antibiotic and sent me on my way. Another week went by before I made an appointment with Dr. Benett. I would not recommend. I came in because I was experiencing terrible birth control side effects. I told Dr.Benett about the pain I have been feeling, and she wanted me to get some blood test done before switching my birth control method to a IUD. I asked her questions about what could be the reason why I am experiencing the side effects and she wasn’t giving me answers. I left the office not even knowing if my pills were effective or not.
