Dr Serrano is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is very busy and can take a while to get an appointment with but she’s worth the wait! Very compassionate. Doesn’t rush you at all. Very thorough in her explanations and down to earth. Her staff (and her) are wonderful about responding to emails on the patient portal. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Serrano!!! She is just the very best!!

She is the best doctor I have had my entire life. She takes the time to listen and assess all aspects of your complaints. You will partner with her in your path to health which is a breath of fresh air. She always comes in with a smile and remembers you, the person, not just your medical history. Highly endorse!
Highly recommend Dr. Serrano. After 47 years of life and visiting different PC physicians, I am so thrilled to say, Dr. Serrano truly cares. She is very thorough with your health records, takes as much time as you need to listen and is very knowledgeable in the medical field. I cannot believe that there is a doctor with such great "bed manners" who truly cares about her patients. She is perfectly partnered up with an amazing, caring Nurse as well! (Nurse Judy). You will not be disappointed
