I saw Dr. Jocelyn Szeto for an online visit. She was dismissive, did not give me time to answer questions and by the end made me feel worse about my condition. I have seen several doctors for the same condition as required by the platform and my experience with Dr. Szeto was by far the worst. Dr. Szeto claimed that she wasn't able to help me but after my visit with Dr. Szeto, I spoke with another doctor within the same platform and was treated respectfully and had my issues addressed. When Dr Jones left, he recommended Dr Szeto. Dr Szeto not only provided care for my injured SI joint but also consented to become my primary care physican. She went above and beyond for me when I had an emergency. She came into the office, assessed me and sent me on my way to a hospital. All I had to do was show up. She had instructed them exactly what to do. I was too out of it to provide anything more than my name. She is great. She cares.
I had to see Dr. Szeto for steriod hip injections. She was so kind and friendly. Her office was asked to squeeze me in while I had been there seeing my arthroscopic hip surgeon. She did a fabulous job with the shots.
