I had the worst experience at my appointment with Joselyn Peters. Everything was fine until I needed to discuss with her about switching my hormone medication due to the fact my insurance was not covering it anymore. I had a few medications that my insurance had told me that they would cover & she dismissed all of these with no explanation & suggested I go on an estrogen patch which I told her my insurance won’t cover. Sadly, I was not even able to share my experience with Dr. Jocelyn because her staff is so extremely unresponsive and I have called the office over 10 times and no one picks up the phone. I was able to get through to someone one time and they promised that they would give me a call back After speaking with my previous OB for my history and they have yet to contact me extremely unprofessional. If this is the type of care, they provide in the initial phases then I’m happy to not be a patient here.
