I initially did a review giving 1 star to Dr. Bermudez for multiple concerns about my son's care. I am updating it because I appreciate the way Dr. Bermudez handled the feedback I gave. He reached out personally, after I'd asked for my sons care to be transferred and took time to try and understand why I was so frustrated. He is communicating much better these days and I feel better about trusting him with my son's care!
My son has been a patient of Dr Bermudez for over a year and we've been pleased. He's very down to earth and talks easily with kids. He really seems to care too and good personality. My son's been doing well overall.
Meeting this doctor was one of the worst behavioral health experiences I have ever had. I work in the field and have met a lot of arrogant and under educated people, but this guy. Wow. Talk about ethical violations. I took my son to see him for a potential ADHD diagnosis. The office (Redemption Psychiatry-Chandler), missed my sons testing and we saw the doctor first.
