Dr. Tavares did an incredibly detailed assessment and history of my complex medical condition and a comprehensive physical exam. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone who is need of his specialty. He is both professional and kind, a wonderful combination in a doctor.
One of the WORST doctors I have been to. I went for a sting ray wound. He had no knowledge of a sting ray, he had to ask the nurse what a sting ray was!!! Never mentioned anything about my wound or any education of my wound. He spent 40 minutes getting my complete history. Never once looked at my wound on my foot. I complained about this doctor to Cape Cod Healthcare and they found nothing wrong. He totally lied on all of his notes. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR he is a sham........................
could not ask for better doctor. one of the few good people i have met.
