I was extremely disappointed with my whole experience. It started with my schedule, I asked for Dr. Kissell and they told me she didn't see patients on Fridays (which is my only day off during the week) So I told them to schedule me with Dr. Poje. I was told we would schedule after all my testing was done. I did the testing that they asked for and they called me to confirm my appt. on Monday.
