By far the worst Doctor and office I have ever been to. I have been here four times and my shortest wait was over an hour! I once got to the office 10 minutes early at the same time Dr. Garofalo did. I thought I might not have to wait an hour this time. Nope, still had to wait over an hour and I was the only person in the waiting room! The woman at the front desk is pretty terrible: inconsiderate and actually rude to people. She spends much of the time on personal phone calls.
She listens me, she is intelligent, she has given me better advice than other doctors; she speaks directly and honestly. What more could a patient ask.
